Training Methodology

The new training programmes (which have been coming on stream in the past few years as part of a process of diversifying the Programmes’s training offer) were developed in combination with a major review of teaching methods. The majority of programmes deal with specific subject areas and use a methodology based on active learning methods. This participant-centered approach encourages the full participation of each course member in programme activities, validates union experience brought by the participants to the course and contributes by assisting the trainers in delivering the technical component of the course.

This methodology is applied to both residential and online training activities.
